We identify suitable manufacturers in China, verify the factories and compare quotes. If you wish, we also organise a factory visit.

We negotiate price and terms, then check the samples and production. The inspection ends with a report with photos and video.

We consolidate and ship
We gather the goods in our warehouse in China, check and consolidate them. We organise export and sea, rail or air freight, including weekly consolidated shipments.

We clear customs and deliver
We handle customs formalities in Constanța Sud – Agigea or at the Bucharest Inland Customs Office and deliver the goods to your address.

Can I pay for the order in Romania?
Yes. The contract and payment are made in Romania, and Romasia guarantees the payments to Chinese suppliers. This removes the risk of international transfers.
Can I visit the factories in China?
Yes. Our Romanian colleagues in China schedule the factory meetings, accompany you to the discussions and organise the visit.
Who handles customs clearance?
The Romasia team. We have dedicated staff for customs formalities in Constanța Sud – Agigea and at the Bucharest Inland Customs Office, plus the permits required for import.
What happens if the goods do not match?
We check samples and goods before shipping, against the agreed requirements. Problems are identified and discussed with the supplier before the goods leave China.
Can I order from several suppliers?
Yes. We consolidate goods from several suppliers in our warehouse in China and ship them together. The solution depends on the type of products, the volumes and the dates when the orders are ready.
Do you work on EU-funded projects?
Yes. We support purchases through EU or government funding: compliant quotes, compliant documents and secure purchasing of equipment from China.
